Robert Waldinger is a psychiatrist and the director of a unique longitudinal study called the Harvard Study of Adult Development. This study is different than others in that it has continued to examine people across a 75 year span. With access to such a large amount of data, Waldinger’s results surprisingly yield only a handful of factors that transcend people of different generations. This TED talk attempts to reveal what makes people happy and healthy.
