Dear You

Dear You

In today’s fast pace and turbulent world, we sometime lose touch with the very people who helped shape our lives—friends who were with us through memorable times in our life, both good and bad, who we could lean on. This simple, yet poignant song by Lucy Spraggan, illustrates how these friendships come to mind when we struggle in life, and how often we wish we could reach out to those who were our greatest supports.  Sadly, many of us are unaware that the people who once acted as our sounding boards, our heroes, and our confidants, are sometimes also facing their own demons.  “Dear You” reminds us that life is fragile, and the opportunity for reconnection may not always be there.
