Personifying Eating Disorders

Personifying Eating Disorders

“What’s eating you alive, might help you to survive”

The Ted Leo and the Pharmacists song “Me and Mia” describes what it’s like to live with an eating disorder, personifying bulimia as “Mia” and Anorexia as “Anna”. The lyrics aim to give hope to those struggling with these conditions and help them heal.
