In this emotionally evocative spoken-word poem, Terisa Siagatonu draws parallels between youth facing urban street violence and soldiers experiencing combat. Both, Siagatonu claims, are at risk for PTSD. She proposes that police cars can hold the same terror as tanks for urban youth who are profiled by law enforcement.
