His spoken word poem “Suicide Note” showcases his feelings of loneliness and despair, and his battle with mental illness. As Rollins rhymes off the many people and events that have shaped his life, he moves from wanting to die to wanting to live, and exemplifies that despite significant depression, there is still hope for recovery.
