The music video for “Elastic Heart”, by Australian recording artist Sia, portrays an interpretive dance between a man and child that is meant to depict the artist’s inner struggle between her past and present self. As the director of the video, Daniel Askill, explains, “There’s really been a collaboration a little bit unlike anything I’ve ever worked on where essentially I see them as the same person. The cage is kind of the skull.”
